Construction of cork fabric: Cork fabric is produced in 3 layers.

Top layer: Cork  veneer (natural or compositon cork sheets, thickness 0.2mm to 0.3mm)

Middle layer: Adhesive (water based polymer emulsion)

Bottom layer: Selected fabric materials (as the backing support of cork fabric)

Types of backing support: According to the applications of cork fabric products, we supply five

types of backing support.

Type #1  Textile backing, 0.5mm thickness

Type #2  PU backing, 0.7mm thickness

Type #3  PU and Textile backing with small stripes, 0.7mm thickness

Type #4  PU and Textile backing with large stripes, 0.7mm thickness

Type #5  Textile backing, 0.7mm thickness
